"Photos are mostly okay, but not totally accurate"
I ordered a hoodie from cropp.com, and like i said, the photos were mostly okay, but it did look a little different in person. The color was a bit darker than what I expected, and the fit felt looser than it looked on the model.

It’s not a bad hoodie or anything, and like i said, most of the details were pretty much the same. I just wish they had more pictures in normal lighting, because the website photos definitely made it look a bit nicer.

"Literally got the wrong items"
I literally received two things I didn’t order, so that was frustrating. Not what I was expecting at all.

"Customer service didn’t help at all"
I reached out about my order and just kept getting the same copy-paste reply over and over. Like, the same message, no actual answer, no real help, nothing useful at all. It felt like nobody even read what I wrote. I kept asking and they kept sending the same useless response. Super annoying and really frustrating.

"Great items, but stock is frustrating"
I really like the stuff they carry, but it’s frustrating how often my size is already gone. It feels like every time I find something I want, it’s unavailable. I’d at least expect some kind of apology or acknowledgment when this keeps happening...

"I thought click and collect would be..."
I thought click and collect would be quick and easy, but it ended up being a mess. I waited days for the pickup email, and when I finally went to the store, no one seemed to know where my order was. I had to keep asking around, and it felt like the staff were just as confused as I was

The site does what it’s supposed to, but it’s slow and feels a little clunky to use. My biggest frustration is that there’s basically no human contact when you need help, which makes the whole experience feel kind of impersonal...

"Got it sorted eventually"
I had an issue with my order and the first response took a little longer than I expected. I ended up messaging again, but they did fix it in the end and explained what was going on. There was just something about it that felt a bit slow, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I might order again, just probably not if I need it quickly.

I got the order confirmation right away, but after that there were no updates at all. It made me a bit uneasy because I don’t like not knowing where my purchase stands or whether there’s any issue with the order.

"Packaging was rough"

Prices are usually reasonable, especially when there’s a sale, and I do like the styles for basic everyday wear. I ordered a hoodie and a few tees, and uh, the delivery was fine, nothing amazing, but nothing went wrong either.
The quality is kind of hit or miss though. A couple things felt worth what I paid, but some looked a bit cheaper after a wash or two. For the price, it’s okay, I just wouldn’t expect everything to last forever.

I ordered a hoodie from cropp.com the other day while I was just browsing around after dinner, and it didn’t really match the description. The material felt cheaper than I expected, and the sizing was off too, which was frustrating because I was hoping to wear it right away. Annoying overall.

I did finally get my refund, but it took longer than I was expecting. Maybe it was just a slow process on their end, though it did kind of feel like I had to wait around more than necessary.

"Am I missing something with in-store pickup?"
I chose in-store pickup because I figured it would be quick and easy, but am I missing something? I didn’t get clear updates, the staff couldn’t find my order when I got there, and I ended up standing around waiting forever anyway. it felt like more hassle than just shopping normally

"Not really my style anymore"
Some of the designs are still cool, but a lot of it feels way too loud or busy for me now. I was just trying to find something simple and had to dig around more than I expected. The website works fine overall, it just doesn’t make it easy if you’re not looking for the flashier stuff. when I mentioned it, the response felt like one of those canned apologies, which didn’t really help.

I thought the clothes were decent overall and they looked nice at first, but the seams started wearing out faster than I expected. Maybe I’m just being picky, but I feel like they should’ve held up a bit better after normal wear.

"The tracking was basically useless"
I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here, but the tracking on my order was a mess. It kept showing the same old updates for days, then out of nowhere it switched to delivered, even though nothing showed up at my place that day. When I contacted support, they just told me to wait, like that was supposed to fix it. I get that delays happen, but at least give people accurate info. the whole thing was frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering again.

"Fabric felt rough and cheap"
I ordered a hoodie and a t-shirt from cropp.com, and while the fit was okay, the fabric was a letdown. After wearing them for maybe 10 minutes, they started feeling really rough and scratchy on my neck and arms (not exactly what you want from a hoodie or tee).
I washed them once hoping they’d soften up a bit, but it didn’t help. I haven’t really wanted to wear them again since (which says a lot), so yeah, disappointed overall.
